Hal
Thurston is a trial attorney who represents claimants,
defendants and insurers in both personal injury cases
and general civil litigation. He is often associated by
other attorneys when a matter appears headed for the courtroom.
Hal is an aggressive litigator with a calm and professional
style. He has taught litigation skills to other lawyers
at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. A graduate
of Ohio State University (1970) and Georgetown University
Law School (1974), Hal is a member of the Washington State
Trial Lawyers Association, the American Trial Lawyers
Association, and the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers.
Hal has been with Zender Thurston, P.S. since 1979.
